At ADOUER WOOD, we are committed to delivering your furniture safely and on time. Please review our detailed shipping guidelines below.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders received are processed within 5–6 hours on business days.
  • Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM (noon) IST for same-day processing.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Handling Time

Handling time varies by product category:

  • Small Articles (chairs, study tables, TV units, bookshelves, shoe racks, coffee tables, nesting tables, consoles, bedside/end tables, stools & benches, ottomans & pouffes, key holders, etc.) — 12–15 business days
  • Large Articles (beds, sofas, dining sets, sofa-cum-beds, wall décor, pergolas & outdoor furniture, etc.) — 20–22 business days
  • Custom / Made-to-Order Items: Handling time varies depending on design complexity. Estimated timelines will be provided at purchase.

⏳ Note: Furniture manufacturing is a skilled, time-intensive process. Minor delays may occur occasionally.

3. Transit Time

  • Standard transit time across India: 7–10 business days.
  • Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.

4. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery = Handling Time + Transit Time

  • Small Articles: 16–20 business days
  • Large Articles: 26–30 business days
  • Custom Orders: Timelines shared individually at the time of order
  • Delivery is made at the ground floor only. For multi-storey buildings, customers must arrange to move furniture upstairs. Any additional handling charges must be settled directly with delivery personnel.

5. Shipping Cost

  • Free shipping is available for most serviceable PIN codes across India.
  • For ODA (Out of Delivery Area) locations, additional charges apply based on size, weight, and destination.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Custom/Made-to-order furniture cannot be cancelled once processing begins, as each piece is crafted exclusively for you.
  • In exceptional and approved cases, cancellations will incur a 25% restocking/manufacturing fee. The remaining amount will be refunded.
  • Standard ready-to-ship items may only be changed or cancelled before processing begins.

7. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is due at dispatch.
  • Orders will be shipped only after payment is cleared.

8. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with complete tracking details.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged product or find items missing, you must inform us immediately upon delivery through:

  • Custom Orders: Specific processing and shipping timelines will be shared during order confirmation.
  • Customer Responsibility: Please ensure availability during delivery and provide accurate address details to avoid delays.
