At ADOUER WOOD, we are committed to providing you with a smooth and timely delivery experience. Please review our detailed shipping policy below.
1. Order Processing
- Orders received are processed within 5–6 hours after placement (on business days).
- To ensure prompt handling, orders must be placed by 12:00 PM (noon) Indian Time (IT). Orders placed after this cutoff, or on weekends/holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
2. Handling Time
- Small Articles (chairs, study tables, TV units, bookshelf, shoe rack, coffee tables, nesting tables, console, bedside & end tables, stools & benches, ottoman & pouffe, key holders, etc.): 12–15 business days.
- Large Articles (beds, sofas, dining, sofa-cum-beds, wall décor, pergola & outdoor furniture, etc.): 20–22 business days.
- Custom or Made-to-Order Items: Handling time may vary depending on complexity. You will be given an estimated timeframe at the time of purchase.
⏳ Note: Furniture manufacturing is a time-taking process and depends on skilled carpentry. Hence, minor delays may occur occasionally.
3. Transit Time
- Standard transit time is 7–10 business days, depending on your location.
- Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.
4. Delivery Time
- Small Articles: Estimated delivery within 16–20 business days (handling + transit).
- Large Articles: Estimated delivery within 26–30 business days (handling + transit).
- Custom Orders: May take longer. Estimated timelines will be communicated at purchase.
- Delivery is made at the ground floor only. For multi-storey buildings, customers must arrange for moving the furniture upstairs. Any additional handling or floor delivery charges (if applicable) are to be settled directly with the delivery personnel.
5. Shipping Cost
- Free shipping is available for most locations/pin codes in India.
- For ODA (Out of Delivery Area) pin codes, additional charges apply based on size, weight, and destination.
6. Order Changes & Cancellations
- Made-to-order/custom orders: Once processing begins, these cannot be cancelled or refunded, as they are crafted exclusively for you.
- In exceptional cases, if a cancellation request is valid, a 25% restocking fee will be charged, and the balance will be refunded.
- Standard ready-to-ship orders can only be changed or cancelled before processing begins.
7. Payment Terms
- Payment is due at dispatch. Orders will be dispatched only after full payment is cleared.
8. Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS with tracking details.
9. Damaged or Missing Items
- If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, it is mandatory to inform us via email at contact@adouerwood.com and phone (+91) 787-7830-597 immediately after delivery.
10. Additional Notes
- Business Days: Monday through Saturday, excluding National Holidays.
- Custom Orders: Processing and timelines will be shared at order confirmation.
- Customer Responsibility: Kindly ensure availability at delivery time and provide accurate delivery details to avoid delays.
