Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Adouer Wood, we manufacture furniture with care and precision. We offer both standard products and customized furniture. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.
Return are accept within a 7-10 days. the date of delivery

1. Standard Orders (Without Customization)

A standard order is a product purchased without any changes to its size, color, fabric, finish, or design.

Cancellation

  • Standard orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Return & Replacement

  • Returns are accepted only if:
  • The product is received in a damaged condition.

The product has a manufacturing defect.

Customers must provide clear photos and an unedited video for verification. After approval, we will arrange a replacement whenever possible.

Refund

If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be processed after:

  • The returned product is received at our factory.
  • The product passes our inspection.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.


2. Customized Orders (With Customization)

A customized order includes any change requested by the customer, such as size, color, fabric, finish, design, or any other customization.

Cancellation

  • Since every customized product is manufactured specifically for the customer, customized orders cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed.
  • In exceptional circumstances, Adouer Wood may consider a cancellation at its sole discretion.
  • If a cancellation is approved, a 25% restocking and processing fee will be deducted from the order value before any eligible refund is issued.

Return & Replacement

Customized products are eligible for return only if:

  • They are delivered damaged.
  • They have a manufacturing defect.

Customers must submit clear photographs and an unedited video for approval. After verification, we will first provide a replacement whenever possible.

Refund

If a replacement cannot be provided, the refund will be processed only after:

  • The product is returned to our factory.
  • Our quality inspection confirms the approved claim.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
